»   Foal will be delivered sound and in good health to Quarantine Facility with halter and lead provided.

»   Vaccination requirements prior to quarantine: Eastern and Western  Encephalomyelitis

»   30 days export quarantine - horses are stabled in spacious box stalls with lots of natural light and daily turnout.

»   Transport scheduling, handling

»   Assistance for CFIA/Vet - CFIA quarantine inspection, blood work and health certificates

»   Transport from quarantine facility to Calgary International Airport

»   CFIA airport attendance, handling and loading at airport

»   Freight, fuel, security, stall, professional groom until arrival at Luxembourg

»   Documentation and handling, arrival charges Luxembourg

»   T1-customs form (allowing for the horse to be picked up in Luxembourg) and
     **pre-arrangement for final importation and customs procedure in destination country**
 
**pre-arrangement for final importation and customs procedure in destination country** : Since tax and customs regulations vary from country to country, it is recommended that the owner contacts his/her customs office for further details, such as how much tax will be owed and whether the customs officer needs to inspect the horses upon arrival.   – therefore – these destination Country fees are not included in the €5800 EUR to Luxembourg.

»  The above details are provided to the best of our ability.  Extreme fluctuation in airline fuel surcharges may require a small additional fee.




______________________________  Terms of Sale ______________________________

»  A deposit of 50% is required to hold any horse and change the listing to ''Sale pending'.  Arrangement for overseas transport will proceed when deposit is received.

»  Deposits are non-refundable, while located on our ranch, unless in the case of death or injury or circumstances seen fit by the Delorme Ranch.  Insurance is optional but we recommend you purchase insurance while the horse is in quarantine and beyond/not under our care.

»  Balance due (remaining 50%) five (5) days before entry into Quarantine.

»  As Buyer/Purchaser, you are required to pay for all fees incurred by method of payment. This will include the financial institutions charges for payments; (deposit and balance due) and receiving/converting foreign funds.  For fund transfer fees, please  contact your personal financial institution.

»   Upon agreement and issue of invoice/Bill Of Sale I will provide my financial institution’s information - you will need for bank transfer of Funds Due.
