»  Unless otherwise stated, all horses listed for sale sell as sound in every way.

»  A deposit of 50% is required to hold any horse and change the listing to ''Sale pending'.

»  Deposits are non-refundable unless in the case of death or injury or circumstances seen fit by the Delorme Ranch.

»  Horses may not leave the ranch until paid in full.  Special purchase arrangements are available, please contact us.

»  Registration papers will be held until payment clears bank.

»  Foals are available at weaning time and will be halter and trailer broke. Halter and lead will be provided.

»  Depending on sale date, foals may also be named by the purchaser.

»  Prices in Canadian Funds and GST to be added to all Canadian sold horses.

»  Beyond our ranch gate, transport and additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer ~ we are willing to meet transport on Trans-Canada H#1 and H# 21 junction.
