»  Terms of Sale _______________________

»  Unless otherwise stated, all horses listed for sale sell as sound in every way. 

»  Deposit required to hold any horse and change the listing to "Sale Pending".
·         A deposit of 15% is required to hold any current year foal. 
·         A deposit of 30% is required to hold any horse older than a current year foal.
·         Sorry, but we cannot hold any horse without a deposit.  
Deposits are non-refundable 


»  Balance Due must be received:
·         within 14 days of date that the deposit is received and preferably two (2) weeks prior to pickup/delivery if paying by non-certified cheque.   Certified cheque or e-transfer of funds is considered cash.
·         OR for current year foals; 2 weeks post-weaning or 2 weeks prior to pickup/delivery


»  Feed charges commence on the 14th day following the date of full payment.  We are aware that long distance transport requires time to arrange ~ this we keep in mind. Please do not ask us to keep horses longer than one month after full payment is received.   We are not a boarding/stabling facility.

»  At time of full payment the horse becomes full responsibility of purchaser.

»  Horses may not leave the ranch until paid in full.  

»  Registration papers will be held until payment clears bank.

»  Foals are available at two weeks after being weaned.  They will be broke to lead, load and unload at time of pickup. Halter and lead will be provided.

»  Prices in Canadian Funds and GST to be added to all of the purchase price. 

»  Beyond our ranch gate, transport and additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer ~ we are willing to meet transport on Trans-Canada H#1 and H# 21 junction, 8km north of Maple Creek, SK.

»  International sale information available upon request.
